Henrietta Chicago was inspired by the warmth, simplicity, and generosity of Tuscan cooking — where seasonal ingredients, house-made pastas, shared plates, and good company come together around the table.

Located inside the iconic JW Marriott Chicago, Henrietta brings a fresh, welcoming dining experience to the heart of the Loop. Rooted in rustic Italian tradition and shaped by modern hospitality, the restaurant is designed for everything from breakfast meetings and leisurely lunches to lively dinners, private events, and celebratory gatherings.

At its heart, Henrietta is about food that feels thoughtful, familiar, and full of character.

Meet Chef Ozzy

Chef Osvaldo “Ozzy” Amelotti brings more than 25 years of culinary experience, creativity, and heart to Henrietta.

Raised in Córdoba, Argentina, Chef Ozzy discovered his love for cooking at a young age, preparing meals for his mother and learning in neighborhood kitchens where food, family, and hospitality came together.

His career has taken him through some of Chicago’s most recognized kitchens, including The Metropolitan, Carnivale, Petterino’s, Legal Sea Foods, and Vivere at Italian Village. Blending Italian, Mediterranean, French, Spanish, Latin American, and American influences, Chef Ozzy leads the kitchen with bold flavor, fresh ingredients, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Meet Henrietta

Henrietta is named after a chicken — a real one.

Unshowy, resilient, and entirely herself, Henrietta became an unexpected source of inspiration for the restaurant. What began as a playful idea became the foundation for a concept rooted in personality, warmth, and quiet distinction.

Like the food that inspired the restaurant, Henrietta represents the beauty of taking something familiar and revealing the charm, depth, and character that was there all along.
